Eléa: Hi Laetitia! First of all thank you for this interview! I am very happy to have this opportunity. I'm fine. How are you?
Me: I'm fine thank you, First of all before starting this interview I would like to thank you for accepting this interview it's an honor for me Today we come back to your journey on stardoll but also on the Miss Stardoll contest Wordl you won, first question happy to have won?
Elea: Of course, I'm very happy to have won! I still can't believe it.
Me: What does Miss Stardoll World represent to you?
Elea: To me that represents different personalities from all the wonderful countries that we have that are represented on Stardoll.
Me: I find it unfortunate that in this contest the winner is not put forward on the game for 1 year, on maybe contests or try to develop things on the game with the Miss in question each year. Are you in contact with staff during your election year?
Elea: No, I am not in contact with the staff. A day after announcing my victory, stardoll asked me if I wanted to participate in an interview related to the Msw contest.
Me: And you had accepted the interview?
Eléa: Yes, I accepted the interview. I think this is a good opportunity to show everyone who Else is. But I'm still waiting for it. This interview with you is my first!
Me: So the opportunity to tell others who Eléa is, so who are you? Introduce yourself
Eléa: My name is Elea, I am 22 years old and I live in Germany. At the moment I am studying primary education and working at school. I am originally from Kosovo. My parents were born there. That's why my mother tongue is Albanian! Besides that, I can also speak Turkish because I am learning it in university. Since 2010, I have been a member of Stardoll. I actually took a long hiatus from the game, but came back because of the pandemic. I am in my spare time I like to listen to music, watch series and especially design wigs on stardoll!
Me: A child of the world, German from Kosovo who also speaks Turkish, do you know a few words in French, I am French? In any case, all this gives you a good direction, how long did your break from the game last?
Eléa: I know the words All The Universe and that means the whole universe. I know because there is a song in French that I like a lot! And of course I know hi which means hello, I love you which means I love you. Well, I don't know how long my break lasted. During my time in high school, I was always very busy with learning. I logged in very rarely, to take care of my doll and because I missed the atmosphere of this game. I haven't been active for 4 years maybe, I just logged in very rarely
Me: The whole universe? Eurovision song by Gjon's Tears, Between the time of your break has there been a lot of change on stardoll?
Eléa: Yes, it's from Gjon's Tears who participated in ESC 2021. I really loved this song and also Voila Yes, stardoll has changed a lot. I didn't know what broadcasting, spotlights, voting are. It was all new to me! Also the new concept of cabinet and storage. Sometimes I miss the old stardoll. It reminds me of my childhood!
Me: He's French, he did the voice for France 3 years ago I think and the All Stars voice a few weeks ago, Oh yes your break lasted a long time, you must have started stardoll at what age?
Eléa: I started at 11 and came back at 18.
Me: Already 11 years on stardoll? a great victory you have arrived for the year of the first election of Miss Stardoll Wordl, now that you have been elected do you have any other desire or other ambition on the game?
Eléa: Yes of course. Like I said before, I love creating on stardoll. I always try to design wigs that are as cheap as possible for the dolls, so that they can afford it. I remember there was not much I could afford when I entered the game after all these years. And there are also younger dolls, which do not have the opportunity to buy expensive wigs, for example. That's why my desire will always be to design - as cheap as possible but still beautiful!
Me: Let's talk about those non-superstar dolls that so young can't afford much. For you, in all honesty, can a non-superstar be elected MSW? or do you think maybe stardoll should release a shorter version but not superstar for msw?
Eléa: I think everyone should have the chance to compete for Msw and even win the whole competition. Superstar is just status and doesn't make us better people. Of course, a non-superstar can be voted in for MSW, at the end of the day that's the set a winner should have.
Me: I still think and unfortunately that the non-superstars cannot win because they don't have the money for the broadcasters, they don't have a lot of means and I have the impression that we are always at looking for someone good. makeup that's got a lot going on so mindsets will change someday and we might have a non-superstars elected next year, how did you promote yourself to miss stardoll wordl?
Eléa: Yes, somewhere you're right. I have written in numerous guest books and drawn attention to my campaign with the hashtag #loveislove. I wrote in my presentation about me and who I am and I used the broadcast so that more dolls could visit my suite and see who Elea is. But that's not all that made me win Msw. I got a lot of support from friends and dolls that I first saw on social media. It made me very happy!
Me: I am really proud for you of your victory because you deserve it as much as the previous winners as well as the superstars and not supertars, but I think everyone should be equal on the level of the word miss stardoll because I take the broadcaster by example. , A royalty can leave maybe 50-100-200 stardollard per day where a non-superstars can only leave 5stardollard there and again and I find its limit from the staff I think the rules of this contest should be seen again What do you think?
Eléa: I think that's a very interesting point. I would definitely agree to change the rules and see what we can achieve with that. Still, I don't think broadcasting is the key to victory!
Me: It's not quite, but it's an important part of it because it provides a lot of visibility. I will tell you I also try to be it but not just to be elected but just to send messages I had for 2 years promoted the natural before "transform" happens to starplaza people use hair and there was that aspect of cosmetic surgery, and years later I wanted to get the trans-identity message across with my doll as a model with long hair, makeup and a beard also in reference to Conchita Wurst but people weren't sure he could be. What is your fondest memory in Miss Stardoll Wordl all year round?
Eléa: I don't have a precise memory of all the years. For me the most beautiful memory is the cohesion of the dolls during Msw. Even though we are all kind of rivals during Msw, it's wonderful to have the support of other participants. I met great people from several countries during this Msw contest and even after my victory we have a very strong bond. It's relationship, love, cohesion! It will always remain in my head as the most beautiful memory!
Me: Has there ever been a doll with a specific campaign or a message to convey that you have already touched?
Eléa: I was not active in 2016, but I know NicholBarbie had an incredible campaign on transgender people. Plus, it really was time for a black doll to win. We are all different and Stardoll needs diversity!
Me: NicholBarbie, whom I kiss by the way, is the first and only Miss stardoll wordl that I had interviewed 4 years ago now and this year she is also celebrating the 5 years of her election, and she indeed had a very beautiful message to pass. If you, if you had a message to convey with your election, what message would it take?
Eléa: My message during my campaign was “Love is love” and I continue to spread this message. I want to draw attention to this and tell everyone that love and also friendship is always possible, no matter what age, gender, origin and religion we have. Love is very important and keeps us alive.
